Its from Nisemonogari which is the second season of bakemonogatari. The whole anime is pretty much just talking, talking, talking, talking aaand more talking with some fanservice and WTF-scenes like the toothbrush scene, the main character beating up a middle school scene, a main character gets raped scene and the bath scene between the main character with a hundrets years old vampire in the form of a little girl. Buut the anime also has some awesome fight scenes.

To know what I am talking about, have a look at the toothbrush scene.

it's good to know and I probably saw the name while looking for my on-going series. About the toothbrush scene, only the reason they ended up like that was wtf(toothbrush hairs), the rest was usual fanservice. Also the vampire girl was the one speaking in Kansai dialect which showed up in the end?
